oh, for the love of paint
Just got an exhibition announcement for Harrison Center in Indianapolis. Would that I could make it to this one... If you love paint, the very painterliness of painting, and if you live in the area of Indy, then you should go see Amy Falstrom's work in person. She's a true alchemist, gold from dirt.

Wowie zowie! Beautiful stuff. I wish I painted like her, can't you just imagine how much fun it would be to mush paint around into an abstracted landscape.
yes... isn't it funny how either of us COULD totally change gears to push around paint in an abstracted landscape, but we are compelled to stay the course?
